With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Renthal's chainwheels are precision CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances to give the ultimate combination of strength and light weight. The 7075 T6 aluminium alloy chainwheels are 66% lighter than steel, yet incredibly durable. Their advanced tooth profile, concentricity and accuracy of fit provide maximum power transfer and long-life. Renthal's combination of a very high strength base material and an exceptionally hardwearing surface result in significantly increased chainwheel life. The Renthal SR4 chainrings are legendary in their stiffness and longevity. The 5mm thick Ultralite chainring uses an I-Beam section tooth support bed, for the highest possible stiffness at the lowest possible weight. CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium , the hard anodised surface treatment massively increases the lifespan of the chainring. Continuing the Renthal theme of offering the rider as much choice as possible, every tooth size from 32t right up to 44t are available. Sizes 32t through 40t have a slightly offset tooth bed, for compatibility with chain devices which use a bash ring as the outer guide. Sizes 41t through 44t have a centralised tooth bed, for better chainline when used on a race BMX. Renthal SR4 chainrings are designed to ride faster, jump further and last longer.
