Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

We estimate this will be ready for despatch to you or collection via Click & Collect on Undetermined

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

The Whyte 905 v4 2022 Aluminium Hardtail Mountain Bike defines the modern Trail Hardtail.The Whyte 905 v4 2022 Aluminium Hardtail includes RockShox's new Pike Select RC forks, with Charger RC damper and short 37mm offset, combined with 2.8" tyres to make this 905 the best yet. Whyte 905 v4 features all new Enduo Grips, and also 170mm cranks, which bring the rider 5mm closer to the ground without compromising on pedal clearance. The combination of WTB STp i35 35mm wide TCS rims with Maxxis 2.8" high volume TR 3C compounds creates more comfort, grip and fun.
