So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

The Rockhopper Sport is game-ready with Shimano's BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, microSHIFT Advent shifting, and an SR Suntour XCM fork that is built to hustle. The Rockhopper’s butted aluminium frame features hydroformed top and downtubes to keep weight low and strength high, while providing increased standover clearance, slick internal cable routing, and dropper-post compatibility.

Specialized has paired each Rockhopper frame size with the optimal wheel size to ensure the best fit and performance for every rider. The lockout-equipped SR Suntour XCM with custom Multi-Circuit damping brings size-specific travel and spring rates to the show, ensuring consistent geometry, handling, and suspension performance. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes pack a mean bite but deliver their power with a refined, intuitive feel. The durable 1x microSHIFT drivetrain features plenty of range and a clutch-equipped rear derailleur that keeps the ride quiet and the chain on. Formula hubs are paired with 25mm internal diameter, hookless Specialized rims for a strong, light, and durable wheelset.
