Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Progressive, proportionally-sized geometry and premium Quad-Link 4 suspension deliver exceptional stability and control through rough terrain, big hits and high-speed lines, while balanced handling keeps it precise when trails tighten up. Efficient enough to earn every descent and tough enough for year-round abuse, the Sythe RS is a hard-charging enduro bike that stays composed when things get wild.

Proportional sizing delivers perfect fit and uncompromised handling for every rider. By refining fit, weight distribution and ride dynamics for each frame size, the Sythe RS stays planted, stable and predictable when trails get steep, rough and fast. The Shape.It Link flip-chip allows for fine-tuning to match riding style and terrain, letting you switch between high and low settings to adjust geometry, slackening the head angle by 0.6 degrees and lowering the bottom bracket by 8mm.

The bike can be converted from its stock MX wheel set-up (29in front, 27.5in rear) to a full 29er configuration for maximum rollover performance and stability. The alloy frame is built to handle full seasons of hard riding, with weather-sealed cable ports, hose routing and seat clamp to keep water and grit out, while generous tyre clearance prevents mud build-up. Robust chainstay and downtube protection silence trail chatter and fend off rock strikes.
