With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Progressive, proportionally-sized geometry and responsive suspension deliver exceptional grip, stability and control across rough terrain, steep descents and technical singletrack. Balanced handling inspires confidence at speed while efficient Quad-Link 4 suspension performance helps take the sting out of long climbs and big days in the saddle.

The Shape.It link ‘flip-chip’ allows you to change the geometry of the Syphon S easily. Switch it from high to the low position to slacken the bike out by 0.6 degrees and lower the bottom bracket (BB) by 8mm, or vice-versa. The Syphon S can also be converted from full 74cm (29") wheels to MX (mixed/'mullet') wheels (74cm (29") front, 70cm (27.5") rear wheel).

The alloy frame is equipped with weather sealing features including weather-sealed cable, hose ports and seat clamps to keep water and mud out. Generous tyre clearances prevent mud and debris slowing you down, while robust chainstay and downtube protectors shrug off chain slap and trail debris. Phosphate-coated, marine grease-packed pivot bearings maximise bearing life.
