Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Why use gtechniq bike ceramic?

Bike ceramic has been formulated to minimise adhesion of foreign objects such as brake dust, road grime and mud. It offers up to 24 months of protection and can be applied to all types of finishes including paint protection films and vinyl.

Bike ceramic forms a durable, ultra-slick chemically bonding layer of optically clear ceramic. This ceramic protection prevents dirt and grime from bonding to the surface, making cleaning a breeze.

The coating has been scientifically formulated to chemically bond to the surface of the bike frame. This chemical bond makes the bike ceramic the active surface of your frame, shielding it from dirt, mud and road grime.

The ceramic coating forms a dense layer that is resistant from ph2 - ph12. This means that mud, grime and dirt are far easier to remove, making ongoing maintenance quick and easy.

    • application information

  • shake bottle well before use. Ensure that all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and dried.
  • Apply bike ceramic to the applicator pad included in the kit and coat the frame. Leave the coating for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove all residue with a microfibre and leave to cure for 24 hours in a cool, dry place. Do not wash for 7 days after application.
  • If opened, use within 3 months, if unopened, use within 12 months
