With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Professional Opinion
MONTEER 8000S GALAXY V2.0 remote adopts 2.4 Gwireless transmission tech, supports reliable remote control within 5meters range.

The hands free and super convenient wireless remote adopts an elegant minimalist style design with two control buttons, aimed at further enhancing the ease of use for the trail rider.

The controls are designed with maximum convenience in mind. Both buttons can turn on/off the main light, brightness can be cycled without flash in between, when the trail gets rough, one press to instantly activate max brightness no matter the mode and easily go right back to where you were.

How to pair the remote:

Paring your light with M-Remote is simple.
1) Disconnect the lighthead from the battery.
2) Press and hold the both buttons at the same time to enable search mode.
3) When the indicator lights starts to flash, reconnect the light head to the battery. The main light should flash once and the
remote indicator lights should stop flashing, indicating successful pairing

How to operate?

Long press either of the buttons to turn on/off the light.

Rectangular button: 1) Short click to switch on the maximum mode, and click it again to back to the last mode. 2) Double click to switch on the upper/down/all LEDs.

Round button: 1) Short click to change the brightness. 2) Double click to change the mode (constant/flash).
