With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

The Tin Shed Mesh Cap is a trusty six-panel, trucker-style cap with a front crown and bill built from our tough, lightweight and breathable All Seasons Hemp canvas. We make the brim from Bureo’s fully traceable NetPlus™ fabric which comes from 100% recycled fishing nets—a great way to recycle and clean our oceans at the same time. The polyester mesh back crown provides airflow so you can keep your cool and the soft internal headband wicks sweat so it doesn’t drip in your eyes when you’re making a crucial cut. An adjustable snap back allows a custom fit and a small Patagonia Workwear P-6 logo is featured at the center front. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn, which means the people who made it earned a premium for their labor.
