With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

This bike has been used as a demo bike and therefore has some slight cosmetic damage to frame. The bike will be serviced before any sale and full warranty still applies. Detailed photos can be provided before purchase.
The Scott Spark 960 is back again for 2019. The Spark has the most successful pedigree of any cross-country full suspension bike ever made. The Spark 960 boasts a superlight alloy frame with Scott’s cross-country geometry matching the Spark carbon frame. They then furnished the bike with Rockshox & X-Fusion suspension, SRAM NX Eagle 12 speed drivetrain and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes giving you a World Cup inspired XC bike at a fraction of the cost.
Featuring the Rockshox Judy fork with a lockout to adapt to any ride or terrain. At the rear, you have the X-Fusion NUDE Trunnion shock that Scott customised, again this has 3 modes including Lockout, Traction control and Descend. This also has the Scott TwinLoc system which allows you to change the trail setting at the front and rear with a flick of a switch.
Also featuring is the SRAM NX Eagle drivetrain which gives you a super slick reliable gear change that’s tried and tested as well as a huge range of gears to conquer those climbs and descents. The Shimano brakes provide excellent braking power, a Syncros Dropper 2.5 with remote allowing you to quickly adapt to the trail. The high grip Maxxis triple Rekon tyres will keep you on track with durable high grip tread that’s also fast rolling. You also get all the benefits of Scott’s renowned XC geometry giving you a lightweight and durable great value mountain bike.
