With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

The Genius eRide 720 from Scott has everything you love about the Genius but in e-bike form. It’s got a Shimano Steps drive system providing the power, Fox suspension, modern geometry and Scott’s TwinLoc suspension system to give you a high quality, fun filled ride.
The Genius eRide has been equipped with the Shimano Steps E8000 drive system with a maximum power output of 70Nm and 250W and to meet the demands of mountain biking a 504Wh battery. A compact and ergonomic display with a shift switch system gives you all your ride data and controls to switch between Eco, Trail and Boost modes.
A Fox 36 Rhythm fork up front and the Fox Float EVOL rear shock provide high performance smooth suspension with 150mm of all-mountain travel that will see you sail through those rock gardens with ease. The suspension is controlled from your handlebar by Scott’s TwinLoc system allowing to instantly switch between the 3 modes; Lockout, Traction Control and Descend. This means that you can instantly react to the trail ahead easily and safely with the flick of a lever on the handlebar.
In addition to the powerful Shimano drive system Scott have equipped the Genius eRide with SRAM’s 12-speed Eagle drivetrain giving you a massive range of gears that will see you going up climbs like never before. Brakes come in the form of Shimano MT520 hydraulic disc brakes providing incredible stopping power that’s essential on a bike like this that can take on any trail. Finishing the bike is a Syncros dropper post and a range of quality Syncros components and grip is provided by a winning combination of Schwalbe Hans Dampf and Magic Mary tyres that will keep you glued to the trail.
