With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Peaty's Loam Foam Concentrate Professional Grade Bike Cleaner - The same foamy cleaning power that you get with the ready-mixed LoamFoam you know and love, but use 80% less plastic.
Mixing Instructions:
1. Pour 200ml of LoamFoam Concentrate into an empty LoamFoam spray bottle using the markers provided on the side of the concentrate bottle. 2. Top up the bottle with fresh cold water, up to the shoulder of the bottle. 3. Replace the sprayer and tighten until firm. 4. Shake the bottle vigorously until fully mixed. 5. You're ready to go!
