Hassle free returns

Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected.  If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. 

You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.

Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.

For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.

All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

It’s a bike that defines the emerging RoadPLUS category, purring along on smooth tarmac - but when the going gets tough, the Glencoe really comes into its own.
Surprisingly smooth and quiet on the roughest roads, it encourages you to push forward where you’d normally pull back and carry more speed, grip and confidence into the bend. Long and stable frame geometry, specifically tuned for this wheel size, combined with shorter stem, wider bars and increased steering trail, create a handling formula with huge gains in high speed stability on the roughest terrain. And tough 650b wheels, complete with massive-air-volume, next-generation tubeless 47c tyres, provide supple grip and cossetting comfort all without slowing your pace.
