With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Returns: We hope everything arrives to you as expected. If a order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid.
You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. Please notify us by email on northwestmtb@aol.com or by calling the shop on 0161 428 3311 & include pictures of the damaged box/packet & product and we will deal with it quickly.
Please return using a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail or a Courier that requires a signature on receipt by one of our staff.
For purchased in store products, returns, refunds or exchanges are only available in store using the same payment method as purchase.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 2/5 days of us receiving the merchandise at the shop in it's original packaging to prevent any further damage.

When speed over the entire trail is what you're after, the all-new Enduro Pro Carbon will be waiting to answer the call. We gave it a whole new geometry, with a slacker front end, a longer top tube, short chainstays, and a low bottom bracket. All of this together makes the bike truly feel glued to the ground, and the platform is more responsive and capable then ever. We even added some brand new bits, like integrated storage with a SWAT™ Door at the down tube, and made "old" new again by making a triumphant return to a threaded bottom bracket. To keep the weight down, the frame is constructed from our top-tier FACT IS-X 11m carbon fiber. And to ensure top-level performance on the descents, this material choice is greeted by 160mm of plush travel at both the front and rear. And handling suspension duties out back is the revolutionary Öhlins single tube rear shock. We even made it to be compatible with our 6Fattie wheel system, so you'll always be ready for the trail ahead. For the build, this Enduro spares no expense at hitting the pinnacle of performance, with a full SRAM X01 Eagle 12-speed groupset, powerful Guide RS brakes w/ S4 calipers, stupid-fast Roval wheels, and a RockShox Lyrik RC fork up front.
